The Rebelle reserves the right not to confirm an order by communicating it the CUSTOMER within 20 days from the purchase, writing to the email address associated with the purchase and explaining the unavailability of one or more purchased products. The conclusion of the contract equals to the time of the Order Confirmation by the Rebelle to the email address provided by the CUSTOMER.
The Receipt of processing an order doesn’t constitute the acceptance of the order. The contract concludes exclusively itself through Internet, by the Client Access at and the realization of a purchase order in accordance with the procedure provided by the SITE itself. With the following general conditions of sale, Rebelle sells and CUSTOMER buys remotely tangible movable goods shown and offered for sale on the SITE. These conditions can be modified and the publication date on the website is equivalent to the date of coming into effect.
